Suzanne Trusler is an intern at Tri Therapy LLC and an enrolled member of the Northern Cheyenne tribe. She currently holds two Masters degrees, both of which she received at Montana State University (MSU). One degree in Community Health and one degree in Mental Health Counseling. She is currently a candidate for her LCPC and for her LAC and happy to participate with the team at Tri Therapy. Suzanne believes that every challenge carries an opportunity for growth, and that self-care is the key to resilience and well-being. Her approach and counseling style utilizes the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model, putting an emphasis on identifying and challenging negative beliefs and thought patterns to promote healthier behaviors and emotions.
